Angus enjoys working with his clients, and is passionate about assisting them in improving the performance of their businesses, helping them to achieve their desired lifestyle. He can assist with compliance services such as tax returns and business activity statements, but also strives to provide valuable guidance to his clients when it comes to strategic decision-making.
Meeting and working with new people is what Angus enjoys most about his role here at blueprint4. He is invested in the success of his clients and takes great satisfaction from seeing them achieve both business and personal goals.

Rachel Bransgrove

Rachel has completed her Chartered Accountant accreditation but believes accountants needs to be constantly learning and finessing their skills in this constantly changing legislative environment. She specialises in the preparation of tax returns, activity statements and financial reporting for small to medium businesses as well as being Xero certified and an advocate for cloud accounting software.
Rachel is passionate about clients being able to have a good work-life balance and believes efficiencies can be created in bookkeeping and compliance so you can spend time doing what’s important to you.
Rachel is also the Workflow Manager within our operations team, so you might see her face at the bottom of email requests coming from our office.

Niki Bryce

Outside of work, Wilma spends her weekends working as a cashier at her family’s small tea store, where she enjoys being part of the day-to-day running of the business.

With over 15 years' experience across Gippsland, Dermott works with companies, trusts, partnerships and sole traders — covering both day-to-day compliance and the longer-term strategy that gets clients where they want to be.
With a strong interest in innovation, Dermott enjoys utilising technology to optimise business processes and drive performance.

Patrick Mulqueen

Patrick enjoys the relationship side of the work most of all. He likes understanding how a business actually operates and what the owner is trying to build, and takes satisfaction from clients feeling confident in their financial decisions rather than just being handed a set of numbers.
That shapes how he approaches the accounting and compliance work. Getting it right matters, but so does what comes out the other side — a clear picture of where the business sits, and what that means for the decisions in front of the owner.
He holds a Bachelor of Business & Accounting (Banking & Finance) and is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant.

Emily Allan

Emily is a key part of the blueprint4 team, supporting our clients, accountants and administration staff to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone receives the best possible outcome. She works closely with the ATO, ABR and ASIC to keep processes moving efficiently and compliance on track.
As Executive Assistant to Stuart Kendall and Mark Dunsmuir, Emily is the driving force behind the day-to-day organisation of the office. Whether she's coordinating meetings, managing schedules or supporting key projects, she brings organisation and efficiency to every part of the business. Alongside her executive assistant role, Emily also oversees sales, supports HR and assists with marketing. Emily is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for every blueprint4 client.

Jaymie currently works two days a week and outside of work she spends her time chasing her young son around. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends and going for walks with her dogs.

Steven is an optimistic and reliable Administration Assistant & Workflow Officer who plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations of the firm running smoothly.
With a Certificate in Administration and over six years of experience, Steven brings a practical, organised approach to his role and a strong focus on keeping things moving.
Steven helps keep all tax compliance documents and lodgements progressing through the office. From preparing and sending paperwork to clients through to lodging completed work, he helps ensure everything is done accurately and on time.
He also plays a key role in managing workflow through Karbon, generating reports and jobs that help the team stay across what is ready to start. Alongside this, Steven prepares the firm's weekly operations reporting, keeps client records up to date and provides valuable administrative support to the Executive Assistants.
Easy to deal with, quick to adapt and always willing to help, Steven's attention to detail and focus on timing make him an important part of the blueprint4 team.
